POLICY
  • Our nail care tools and pedicure spa tubs are thoroughly sanitized and/or disposed after each use.
  • We accept Cash, and or major credit cards. The minimum transaction for a credit card is $10.
  • Gift cards are available for sale. It cannot be exchanged or returned. GC is to be treated as cash, and is therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.
  • Customers will be solely responsible for any personal items that they bring.
  • We do not give refunds or allow exchanges for any services performed or gift vouchers.
  • We are not responsible for redoing the artwork, changing the color after your services are done, or repainting the peeling of your polish after 3 days of your service.
  • Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment, excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $5+ each. Please remember nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails, and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • We love to do children's nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disrupted and dangerous. We use many harmful products if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children under 8 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe at home with a sitter.
  • We reserve the right to not offer our services to:
    • Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
    • Anyone with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
    • Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
    • Rude, mean, or disrespectful people.
