POLICY

All nail tools and pedicure spa tubs are thoroughly sanitized and/or disposed of after each use.

We accept cash and major credit cards. A $10 minimum is required for card payments.

Gift cards are non-refundable, non-returnable, and treated as cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

No refunds or exchanges on services or gift vouchers.

We are not responsible for nail damage, color changes after service, or polish peeling after 3 days.

Gel polish and nail enhancements are guaranteed for 3 business days, excluding breakage. Complimentary repairs are available within 3 days for chipping or lifting. Repairs after 3 days or for breakage are $5+ per nail.

Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

For safety reasons, children under 8 not receiving services must be supervised and should not be left unattended in the salon.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious nail condition, open or infected wounds in the treatment area, anyone believed to be contagious or negatively affected by our services, or rude, aggressive, or disrespectful individuals.
